This contact information is used to get in touch with the member when necessary. Any financial information gathered is used only to bill the customer for products ordered.

Delivery Method
Research Reports International offers three delivery options for its products - email, CD, or Hardcopy. Products delivered via email are sent the same day as the order is processed. Products delivered via CD are sent by U.S. mail first class and generally take 2-3 days to arrive (international orders will take longer). Products delivered via Hardcopy are sent by U.S. mail first class or U.S. priority mail and generally take 2-3 days to arrive (international orders will take longer). Refund/Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any product, you can receive a full refund by contacting us via phone or email at the address below within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be granted following the return of the product purchased. For annual subscription products, cancellation can be made at any time for a pro-rated refund based on the number of months left on the subscription.
